  • Ensure broker compliance

  • Coordinate and schedule staging, photography, and videography as needed

  • MLS entry

  • Input preferences and contact information in ShowingTime

  • Create offer info document and upload into MLS with any necessary disclosures

  • Order sign panel and post installation

  • Order home warranty, if applicable

  • Coordinate open houses

  • Keep seller informed throughout pre-listing period and upon change to active status
